Field Support Engineer III

We are currently seeking a Field Support Engineer III to provide onsite support to key clients. We are looking for someone with an IT consulting background or history of field support experience. This role requires high energy, a strong in-person presence and the ability to provide daily support to executive level personnel working within the non-profit, financial, marketing and technology industries. This position will require a valid drivers license for the field support engineer to commute between clients.



  • Total Years of Technical Experience: 6+
  • Position Specific Experience: 6+
  • Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 4+
  • Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 6+


Technical Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Change Management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Project Management 
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory technologies (DNS, FSMO, DHCP).
  • Advanced Exchange Platform Administration 
  • Advanced understanding of virtualized technologies. Solid understanding of SAN technologies  
  • Intermediate knowledge of Firewall/Router/Switch/WAP (Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting)
  • Intermediate ability to troubleshoot in a Linux/Unix environment
