Genomic Variant Analyst – Remote Contract

Role: Variant Analyst
Rate: $56/hr
Location: Remote
Hours: Ad-hoc engagement when necessary to relieve clinical backlog

Min Reqs: PhD or Masters w/ 3+ yrs in a relevant field, Exp w/ NGS data analysis & variant interpretation, Exp reviewing genomic secondary & tertiary data by utilizing working knowledge of relevant databases & analysis tools (IGV, NCBI, COSMIC, ClinVar, etc.);

This will be a remote position, working off hours and weekends to ensure clearance the clinical diagnostic backlog. No standard shift coverage and needs, more ad hoc engagement.
