IT Service Desk Support Engineer (on-site)


Title:  Level II/III Desktop Support Technician
Location:  West Valley City, Utah (on-site)
Duration:  6-month contract to hire
Pay Rate:  $32/HR W2

Job Overview:

PC Maintenance Technicians installation, troubleshooting, and repairs to computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, network connected devices & Wi-fi.

Providing excellent service to Level II/III escalated internal customer issues.

Required Skills:

Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
Ideally at least 4 years technical support experience with progression of responsibilities and expertise.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
