Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary Range: $93,600 – $104,000 USD annually

  • Signing Bonus:

    • $5,000 for a 1-year commitment

    • $10,000 for a 2-year commitment

  • Relocation Package: None

Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.


How You’ll Contribute

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Establish measurable, functional rehabilitation goals

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive device training

  • Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and long-term wellness

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs, students, and support personnel

  • Continuously monitor and document patient progress

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Your work will directly impact patients’ recovery journeys and long-term independence.


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  2. Active Physical Therapist License in the State of Oklahoma

  3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

  4. Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Nice-to-Haves

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Decisive clinical judgment

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
