Job Type: 4-6 Month Contract-to-hire (Hybrid – office located at 225 & Colfax)
Compensation: $25/hour
Requirements: MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG/BACKGROUND SCREEN
This position is on the enterprise help desk. You will be the first line of contact for all technical issues. Candidates will provide quality phone support to enterprise staff in a 24/7 environment on all company supported applications. This can include, but not limited to, documentation, tracking and monitoring all support requests and incidents and other peripherals used in the company as well as related telecommunications systems.
Required Skills:
Active Directory – Basic Understanding

Command Prompt – Basic Understanding
Phone etiquette/Call handling (40-70 calls per day) – Proficiency

VPN – Basic Understanding
Education:
High School Diploma
