Job Title: AI Consultant (Public Sector)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)
Contract Type: Full time through May 31, 2026

Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled AI Consultant to support a long-term public sector initiative focused on scalable AI/ML development within a secure, cloud-based data environment. This is a fully remote position, though occasional onsite visits may be requested. U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required—offshore work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights

  • Maintain and optimize existing AI applications

  • Present findings and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages and Power Automate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Java

  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

  • Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Synapse Analytics

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass both state and national background checks

  • Prior experience working in secure or government-regulated environments preferred

  • Must have video presence enabled for remote meetings

Project Start-Up Priorities:

  1. Identify AI project sponsors and data owners

  2. Complete clearance and data-access approvals

  3. Provision Azure/Synapse workspaces

  4. Define data governance processes and protocols

Interview Process:

  • Code-writing assessment (via CrowdPlat)

  • Practical hands-on exam (administered by PTC)
