Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Annual Incentive Eligibility
Schedule: Full-time | Inbound Contact Center Role

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding member support through phone, chat, and digital channels

Educate members on tools and options to simplify their banking experience

Identify financial needs and recommend products or services that align with individual goals

Use multiple systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions

Stay up to date with process changes and implement them effectively

Collaborate with internal departments to improve service outcomes

Achieve or exceed team-based performance metrics

Maintain confidentiality and handle member information securely

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience (financial services preferred)

High school diploma or GED required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently

Strong decision-making and time management abilities

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Work Environment & Schedule:

Hybrid position with work conducted both on-campus and remotely

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

Primarily desk-based work with no physical lifting requirements
