Salary: $85-105,000/year
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid attendance – in office 2x/week)
We’re looking for a Consumer Product and Design Manager to lead strategy, drive product innovation, and deliver solutions that enhance our members’ financial experience. This is a strategic leadership role that requires experience in product management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of financial services.
In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of consumer-facing financial products, work across departments to bring initiatives to market, and lead efforts to optimize portfolio performance and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the strategy and performance of key consumer financial products, including deposit accounts, cards, and related services
- Monitor and manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, and sunsetting decisions
- Ensure product offerings align with organizational goals and meet evolving member needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy
Revenue & Performance Optimization
- Manage product profitability and fee structures, including strategies for non-interest income
- Oversee loyalty/rewards programs and initiatives to drive product usage and income growth
- Collaborate with Finance and other teams on modeling and performance reporting
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and messaging
- Contribute to internal training, launch readiness, and member communication strategies
- Support omni-channel initiatives including digital, in-branch, and outbound engagement efforts
Project & Vendor Management
- Serve as SME or project sponsor for product-related initiatives
- Lead or support go-to-market strategies, from concept to launch
- Manage relationships with key vendors and identify new partners as needed
Team Leadership & Operational Planning
- Develop operational plans for the product function
- Provide guidance and support to team members and cross-functional partners
- Help shape long-term vision for product innovation and member-centric design
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or consumer banking
- Proven track record in driving product growth, innovation, and portfolio performance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and credit principles preferred
