Location: Remote (Client based in Denver Metro, CO)
Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend or convert to full-time)
Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2)
Overview:
Our client, a respected healthcare organization in the Denver Metro area, is seeking a skilled Epic Resolute PB Analyst to join their Clinical Application Services team. This is a fully remote role supporting vital revenue cycle operations through Epic system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
This opportunity is ideal for an Epic-certified analyst looking to contribute to high-impact billing projects and potentially grow into a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB components to optimize billing workflows.

Translate operational needs into system solutions in collaboration with clinical and financial stakeholders.

Troubleshoot application issues, user errors, and system bugs; escalate to Epic support when necessary.

Support system upgrades, testing, and end-user training initiatives.

Document workflows, test scripts, and build specifications.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Epic Resolute PB experience in a healthcare setting.

Active Epic Resolute PB Certification (required).

Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows (charges, claims, remittances, denials).

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:

Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Resolute HB, Cadence, Prelude).

Proficiency in Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Clarity, SlicerDicer).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
