What You’ll Do

Gather & analyze: Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements for reporting, dashboards, and data integration needs.

Translate needs: Convert functional requirements into clear documentation and specifications for technical teams.

Support reporting: Assist in developing and refining reports, KPIs, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Dataverse.

Bridge teams: Act as the liaison between end users, functional consultants, and technical developers to ensure alignment.

Ensure accuracy: Validate data outputs against business requirements to ensure quality and usability.

Optimize processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better use of existing data assets.

Collaborate broadly: Participate in cross-functional workshops and help integrate data perspectives into wider Dynamics 365 and Azure projects.
What You Bring

Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, or data-focused consultant in enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).

Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain or similar ERP/CRM platforms is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

A proactive mindset for problem-solving, validation, and continuous improvement.
