Overview:
We’re hiring a UKG Workforce Pro Applications Analyst to support one of our healthcare clients in Oklahoma City. This is a contract role focused on supporting and optimizing enterprise and clinical systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Boomi integrations, system analysis, and application lifecycle management — from implementation through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current systems, workflows, and procedures; recommend improvements or redesigns to meet operational goals.

  • Provide technical support for evaluating new software products, including performance and reliability testing.

  • Develop and implement deployment and support strategies for enterprise and clinical applications.

  • Collaborate with design and testing teams to validate system changes and document outcomes.

  • Plan and implement software patches and upgrades.

  • Maintain system documentation and as-built architectures for service transition and operations.

  • Deliver end-user training leveraging adult learning principles.

Qualifications:

  • Boomi Certification – Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years, or 6+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Background supporting financial, clinical, or enterprise applications.

  • Prior experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce WFM Pro, Timekeeping, or Absence modules strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with cross-reference tables and data mapping.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • ITIL Certification required within 6 months of hire.
