$170,000 – $225,000 Base + Competitive Equity

What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll own features from concept through production. This isn't a role where you're handed tickets—you'll help shape requirements, build solutions, measure outcomes, and work directly with the people using the product.
You'll have the opportunity to:
• Build full-stack features across pricing, scheduling, payments, and patient experiences
• Work across both frontend and backend depending on the problem you're solving
• Collaborate directly with clinicians, operations, and product teams to understand workflows and deliver thoughtful solutions
• Integrate with healthcare systems including EHRs, insurance platforms, and laboratory providers
• Write SQL queries and build dashboards to evaluate feature performance
• Own testing and quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Help solve ambiguous problems on a small, highly collaborative engineering team
What They're Looking For
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Previous startup experience or success operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience building across the stack or a strong frontend background with a desire to become a true full-stack engineer
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working outside your specialty when needed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you've built something beyond your day job or enjoy thinking about customers, product, and go-to-market strategy
• Genuine interest in improving healthcare (prior healthcare experience is not required)
