Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex business, customer, and operational data into actionable insights. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and informing strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization tools, and experience in predictive analytics and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets, using advanced analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights.
  • Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that empower stakeholders to optimize processes.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for business improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized and customized reporting templates for efficiency and consistency.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders across various departments, including non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations to align data projects with business goals.
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to address data gaps, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and forecasting models to improve operational outcomes.
  • Implement predictive analytics techniques to forecast project timelines and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with predictive analytics, including knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or forecasting methods.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to support business objectives.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry with a focus on resource optimization.
  • Experience analyzing large, complex datasets in a multi-project environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights effectively and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and data lakes for analytics.

Interview Process:

  1. 30-minute initial interview via Microsoft Teams with an Executive.
  2. 60-minute hiring manager interview (via Teams or on-site if local).
  3. 30-60 minute technical interview.
  4. 30-minute final interview with senior leadership.
