Terms: 10 month contract
Rate: $70-80/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Epic Cadence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing clinic workflows and ensuring efficient patient scheduling through in-depth knowledge of the Epic Cadence application.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and configure Epic Cadence to meet the specific needs of our healthcare organization.
- Design and build Cadence decision trees
- Cadence build in Master Training Environment (MST)
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand their scheduling requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling templates and protocols within Cadence.
- Manage user access and permissions within the application.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Cadence functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Cadence features and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Epic Cadence updates and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling processes.
Qualifications
- Certified Epic Cadence Analyst (CE-CA) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Epic Cadence in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare scheduling workflows and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
