Compensation: $25–$29 per hour, Depending on Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond promptly to a variety of facilities-related support requests across multiple branch locations in the Denver Metro area

  • Perform light maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general troubleshooting tasks

  • Conduct property walk-throughs and inspections, addressing and reporting facility issues proactively

  • Manage janitorial needs and ensure common areas and office spaces are tidy, clean, and fully stocked

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Retail, IT, HR, and Security) to ensure facility operations support a great member and employee experience

  • Evaluate third-party vendor performance, oversee onsite work, and ensure quality standards are met consistently

  • Track and replenish inventory of maintenance supplies and tools

  • Use a company fleet vehicle or personal dependable transportation to travel between branches as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience in a professional office or retail setting

  • A jack-of-all-trades mindset with basic skills in repairs, janitorial upkeep, inspections, and workplace support

  • A proactive and collaborative approach—you’re someone who doesn’t just fix problems, but helps prevent them

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license and a good driving record

  • Flexibility to travel between sites within the Denver Metro area (company vehicles available)
