About the Role
We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customers, and problem-solving.
This is not a traditional software engineering position, nor is it a typical solutions engineering role. You'll partner directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, and guide implementations from discovery through production.
You'll work closely with executives, operational leaders, product teams, and software engineers to solve real-world problems while helping customers successfully adopt next-generation AI technology.

What You'll Do

Own enterprise customer engagements from discovery through successful production deployment

Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and product demonstrations

Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions

Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout customer implementations

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize features and improve the platform

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through successful deployments

Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders

Drive successful proof-of-value engagements and long-term customer success

Contribute to product strategy through direct customer feedback

Help build and shape a high-performing engineering culture
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as:

Forward Deployed Engineer
-
Solutions Engineer
-
Implementation Engineer
-
Technical Consultant
-
Technical Account Manager
-
Similar customer-facing engineering role
-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another technical discipline

Experience owning customer relationships from discovery through implementation

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments

Experience deploying modern software solutions into production

Proficiency with TypeScript or the ability to quickly become productive with it
Preferred Qualifications

Former founder or founding engineer experience

Early-stage startup experience

Experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM applications, or AI-powered workflows
