This role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
- Minimum of three years of project management or business/project analysis experience.
- In lieu of a degree, four years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, define objectives, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide detailed financial reports.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to delegate tasks, drive productivity, and facilitate training.
- Lead project meetings, maintain clear status reports, and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, evaluate change requests, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, finalize documentation, and incorporate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
