Compensation: $50-60hourly
Project Manager Summary:
The PM manages technology portfolios for the holding group and enterprise-wide companies, focusing on infrastructure, application delivery, system architecture, and cybersecurity. The team provides centralized project services and coordinates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and departments to drive critical business processes.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will lead project execution, support technical teams in task management, and ensure effective communication of work plans. Responsibilities include project planning, meeting leadership, and work sequencing.
Key Responsibilities:

IT Project Management:
- Oversee project execution and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist technical leads with project planning and resource estimation.
- Create and manage project work breakdowns and sequences in Smartsheet.
- Lead project meetings, schedule tasks, and track progress.
- Manage resource estimates, identify critical tasks, and monitor risks.
- Direct vendors and implementation partners.

Operations & Support Coordination:
- Provide project management services across departments beyond IT.
- Coordinate workshops, tasks, and vendor interactions.

Product Management Support:
- Support continuous improvement of business systems (intranet, Power BI, Smartsheet).
- Maintain product backlogs and lead managed service provider onboarding.
- Develop product management plans and facilitate knowledge base creation.

Administrative Processes:
- Support PM with resource management and project reporting.
- Maintain project documentation and Smartsheet data.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years in project execution, including 2+ years managing technical projects (infrastructure, systems, business analysis).
- Experience with IT teams, project sequencing, time management, and communication.
- Expertise in maintaining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and reports.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting, writing reports, and documentation.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-department teams.
Preferred:
- PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress).
- Smartsheet experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with AI tools like MS Copilot.
