Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid – on-site at least 50%)
Compensation: $113,000 – $142,000 + 8% annual bonus + partial relocation package

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of application developers across core platforms and digital banking solutions.

Partner with business units and IT leaders to design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale applications.

Drive process improvements, ensuring solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.

Influence executive stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives and platform roadmaps.

Balance technical architecture with agile delivery to achieve both speed and quality.

Collaborate with external vendors and stay ahead of evolving financial technology trends.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
-
6+ years of experience with financial institution technologies such as Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU), MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, or OpCon.

Strong background in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices.

Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and motivating technical teams.

Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate technical strategies effectively.

Solid understanding of agile project management practices.
Nice-to-Haves
-
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience developing or integrating Symitar/PowerOn/RepGen solutions.

Knowledge of IBM AIX, SQL development, HTML, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and implementation.
