We're partnering with a global manufacturing organization that is investing heavily in the future of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. This is an opportunity to join a highly visible initiative focused on improving sales effectiveness, driving user adoption, and delivering meaningful enhancements across a complex enterprise environment supporting thousands of users worldwide.
The platform is already established, but leadership has identified a significant roadmap of enhancements centered around sales operations, forecasting, pipeline visibility, opportunity management, quoting, and customer engagement. They're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology—partnering directly with stakeholders while architecting scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions that drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner directly with sales leaders, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to define and architect Dynamics 365 CE solutions

Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities

Drive enhancements across the Dynamics 365 Sales platform with a focus on user adoption, efficiency, and business value

Architect solutions supporting:

Opportunity Management

Sales Pipeline Management

Forecasting & Revenue Visibility

Quoting & CPQ Processes
-
Sales Automation
-
Customer Engagement Workflows

Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements that increase adoption and operational effectiveness

Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and multiple enterprise ERP systems

Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, automation initiatives, and deployment strategies

Support ongoing platform optimization, issue resolution, and enhancement delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders throughout the organization
Required Experience
-
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience
-
Deep hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 Sales module
