What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Manage scheduling and dispatch coordination for service appointments
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers—answering calls, resolving issues, and providing excellent service
-
Handle day-to-day office operations including organization, filing, data entry, and process improvement
-
Track and manage regulatory or permitting documentation and deadlines
-
Support internal operations such as payroll processing, timesheet collection, and vendor coordination
-
Take meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and help streamline communication across the team
-
Be the glue that keeps it all together—supporting wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What You Bring:
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to pivot quickly
-
A calm, can-do attitude under pressure
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, or customer-facing roles
-
Proficiency with office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
-
A love for being busy and the satisfaction of keeping a team humming
Why You’ll Love This:
-
Be part of a growing company where your work truly makes a difference
-
No two days are the same—you’ll never be bored
-
Work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the company’s future
