Applications Analyst – Clinical & Imaging Systems (12-Week Contract | Hybrid | $50/hr)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site + Remote Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 5×8
Pay Rate: $50/hr (W2)

About the Role

The Applications Analyst will support application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and daily operational stability across key clinical and imaging systems. You’ll respond quickly to support tickets, collaborate with engineering and clinical stakeholders, and contribute to system enhancements within a structured IT governance framework.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical depth, customer service, and a solutions-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming support tickets for clinical and imaging applications; triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Perform current-state analysis and recommend system design improvements.

  • Provide technical input on clinical/enterprise software—performance, reliability, deployment needs, and compatibility.

  • Support new system implementations, upgrades, and patches.

  • Participate in structured testing processes and document results.

  • Maintain “as-built” architecture documentation to support operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with on-site clinical teams; some issues require physical presence.

  • Support the transition of applications from project to operations lifecycle.

  • Follow standard precautions when supporting clinical areas (as needed).


Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience

  • Associate’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience

  • 6 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree

Additional requirements:

  • Experience supporting software in clinical, financial, or enterprise environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • ITIL certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

  • For Imaging-focused work: current certification in AGFA PACS, OnBase, Teremedica, or similar (within 6 months)


Preferred Experience (Highly Desired)

Experience with one or more of the following clinical applications or systems:

  • Fuji PACS, Hillrom, Philips, Powerscribe, Powershare, Capsule, Spacelabs

  • Radiology PACS/RIS

  • Medical records scanning/imaging tools

  • Clinical device integration or field-service-based application support

  • Creating SOPs, training materials, and user documentation


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Hybrid role based in Oklahoma City – must live locally or be willing to commute.

  • On-site collaboration days: Tuesday–Thursday

  • Remote days: Monday & Friday (flexible as needed)
