Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Portal Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Pages to support a major, long-term public sector initiative. If you’re ready for a multi-year contract with a modern tech stack, collaborative team culture, and the chance to build something that actually gets used—this could be your next move.
This is a remote-first role with one week onsite per month in Middletown, PA. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver secure, dynamic portals integrated with D365 CE, SAP, and external systems.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and configure advanced Power Pages portals from the ground up
  • Translate Agile user stories into actionable tasks in Azure DevOps
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot portal functionality and QA scripts
  • Integrate Power Pages with Dynamics 365 CESAP, and payment gateways
  • Drive user adoption through thoughtful UX and hands-on training

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on work with Power Pages
  • Deep familiarity with D365 CE configuration and integration
  • Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates
  • Azure DevOps for backlog management, testing, and release planning

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass national and PA state background checks
  • Must attend an in-person orientation at project kickoff
  • Remote professionalism expected: video presence, engagement, and availability

Initial Project Milestones:

  1. Identify portal stakeholders and align with content owners
  2. Provision Azure DevOps and Dynamics 365 environments
  3. Initiate and complete background screening
  4. Schedule performance and load testing windows
