Epic Placements is partnering with a nationwide consulting and managed services leader to hire a Dynamics 365 Development Lead (Technical Architect) for one of their largest enterprise customers. This is a high-impact, part-time role where you’ll spearhead digital transformation, lead a client-side development team, and drive Agile best practices to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and third-party applications.

Integrate & optimize: Oversee integration strategies with Power Platform, Azure services, ISVs, and third-party apps.

Advance Agile practices: Drive Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative delivery frameworks.

Data & intelligence: Lead data migration, automation, and analytics using Dataverse, Power BI, and Fabric.

AI-driven innovation: Implement AI-powered automation and intelligence to boost efficiency and adoption.

Ensure excellence: Define test strategies, enforce compliance and security, and optimize system performance.

Foster collaboration: Lead Agile ceremonies, track KPIs, and create strong feedback loops with stakeholders.
What You Bring

Deep expertise with Dynamics 365 CE & Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Proven ability to lead development teams and establish Agile/DevOps best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud deployments.

Strong background in data migration, analytics, and automation (Dataverse, Power BI, Fabric).

Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance optimization across enterprise platforms.

Ability to mentor developers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented development culture.
