Technical Lead – Microsoft Power Platform Architect / PM

6-Month Contract (Extension Possible) | Remote | No Travel
Experience: 7–10 years
Hourly Contract Rate: $60/hr

Overview

We are partnering with Synoptek, a leading consulting organization, to identify a seasoned Technical Lead / Power Platform Architect to lead enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics environments. This role blends hands-on architecture with technical leadership, delivery oversight, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics solutions

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs

  • Guide and mentor junior developers and technical resources

  • Oversee solution deployments across environments and ensure quality standards

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and delivery outcomes

  • Ensure best practices across application integration, performance, and security

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and delivery planning

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 / CE

  • Strong development background with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML

  • Experience integrating external systems and APIs

  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular

  • Experience with Azure DevOps / ADO Build Pipelines or similar tools

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Microsoft certifications

  • Prior consulting experience
