Job Title: Universal Banker
Locations: Float between Parker and Castle Rock
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Annual Incentive Eligibility
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturday rotations
Overview:
Our client, a member-focused financial institution, is seeking a Universal Banker to join their team. This role blends teller-line transactions with deeper relationship-building through account servicing and basic loan origination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering personal service, supporting financial education, and engaging with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle financial transactions and assist with account inquiries
- Use open-ended questions to uncover financial needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Support loan originations and member education initiatives
- Promote products and services that align with member goals
- Participate in community and business development events
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations
- Obtain NMLS registration within 30 days of hire and notary certification within 6 months
- Contribute to branch performance goals and deliver exceptional service
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Strong sales or referral orientation
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency
Additional Details:
- On-site position, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday rotation
- Some community events may occur on evenings or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work at a standing desk
