Telecom Data Analyst / Administrator (Project-Based – On-Site, Oklahoma)

Overview:
Looking to gain valuable experience in the telecom and healthcare technology space? This project-based Telecom Data Analyst role is a great way to get your foot in the door with a large, reputable healthcare system while sharpening your Excel and data management skills. You’ll support a major initiative spanning 13 hospitals and over 100 clinics across Oklahoma, helping modernize telecom infrastructure and prepare for future system migrations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and update telecom inventory data using Excel and other tools.

  • Track and validate phone lines (POTS, copper, VoIP, circuits) across multiple facilities.

  • Partner with AT&T field teams conducting onsite reviews of phone closets and telecom systems.

  • Support leadership by maintaining accurate data for analysis and decision-making.

  • Handle general administrative and coordination tasks — no installation work required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Excel skills (data entry, sorting/filtering, formulas).
  • Prior data entry experience with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with telecom terminology (POTS lines, copper, VoIP, circuits).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
