Epic RTE Prelude Analyst (100% Remote)

Pay Rate: $80/hr W2
Contract Length: 3+ months, extension likely, possible conversion to FTE

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Epic Analyst to step into an immediate, high-impact need supporting Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE). This role is a backfill for a recently vacated position and is critical to addressing a growing backlog of eligibility-related tickets and system maintenance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who truly knows eligibility workflows and can hit the ground running from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)

Resolve eligibility-related incidents and service requests efficiently and accurately

Partner with operational and IT stakeholders to ensure eligibility workflows remain stable and optimized

Support ongoing system maintenance and backlog reduction efforts

Serve as a subject-matter expert for eligibility functionality within Epic
Required Qualifications

Epic Prelude certification (certified or accredited) – required

Deep, hands-on experience with eligibility workflows (RTE strongly preferred)

Proven ability to troubleshoot and support eligibility functionality in a live Epic environment

Experience is weighted more heavily than certification alone — this role requires immediate productivity

Candidates without strong eligibility/Prelude experience will not be considered, even if certified in other Epic modules
