Epic RTE Prelude Analyst (100% Remote)

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Epic Analyst to step into an immediate, high-impact need supporting Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE). This role is a backfill for a recently vacated position and is critical to addressing a growing backlog of eligibility-related tickets and system maintenance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who truly knows eligibility workflows and can hit the ground running from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)

  • Resolve eligibility-related incidents and service requests efficiently and accurately

  • Partner with operational and IT stakeholders to ensure eligibility workflows remain stable and optimized

  • Support ongoing system maintenance and backlog reduction efforts

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for eligibility functionality within Epic

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Prelude certification (certified or accredited) – required

  • Deep, hands-on experience with eligibility workflows (RTE strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and support eligibility functionality in a live Epic environment

  • Experience is weighted more heavily than certification alone — this role requires immediate productivity

  • Candidates without strong eligibility/Prelude experience will not be considered, even if certified in other Epic modules
