Help Desk Support Tech

Terms: 6 month contract to hire
Rate: $26 hour 
Location: Aurora, CO (225 & Colfax)

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple computers
• Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
• Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
• Able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute  

Preferred Qualifications
• IT related certificates preferred
• Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts
• Experience with ticketing systems  

Comments

  • Training will occur Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
  • Hybrid position 
  • Option to work remotely dependent upon performance and ability to maintain adequate numbers via monthly metrics
