Pay: $35/Hour W2

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of installing, configuring and administrating Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, and DNS troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience deploying desktops through Intune
  • Experienced within all facets of asset management
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to research subjects, with a commitment to provide continuous improvement.
  • To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.
  • To be flexible in approach and be comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both teamwork and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Experience Needed:

  • Track tickets in ITSM ticketing System
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering technological environments. Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
  • Display and apply knowledge of technologies including Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, thin client technologies, server virtualization and an awareness and understanding of additional software programmers and technologies relevant to technical infrastructure environments
  • At least 5 years of professional IT support experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configuring new desktops, network devices, and connected peripherals
  • Updating computer operating systems and other important software, as needed
  • Substantiating requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades, if appropriate
  • Resolving network issues
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Managing multiple cases at one time
