Help Desk Technician

This position is on an enterprise Help Desk supporting a Healthcare environment. Candidates will provide Level 1 support to enterprise staff on company supported applications.

Location: Aurora, CO (225 & Colfax) – Hybrid attendance model based on ability to meet metrics. Higher metric scores = ability to work remotely more
Rate: $26/hour
Terms: 6 month contract to hire

Active Directory – Basic Understanding
Microsoft Office – Basic Understanding

Printer support – Basic Understanding
Chat and Online Meetings support – Basic Understanding
Command Prompt – Basic Understanding
Phone etiquette/Call handling (50-70 calls per day) – Proficiency
Ticketing Systems/Documentation – Proficiency
