Job Title: Contact Center Representative I

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Annual Incentive Eligibility
Schedule: Full-time | Inbound Contact Center Role

This individual will engage with members through phone, online messaging, and live chat, offering exceptional service and tailored financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding member support through phone, chat, and digital channels

  • Educate members on tools and options to simplify their banking experience

  • Identify financial needs and recommend products or services that align with individual goals

  • Use multiple systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions

  • Stay up to date with process changes and implement them effectively

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service outcomes

  • Achieve or exceed team-based performance metrics

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle member information securely

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (financial services preferred)

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently

  • Strong decision-making and time management abilities

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Hybrid position with work conducted both on-campus and remotely

  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

  • Primarily desk-based work with no physical lifting requirements
