Job Title: Water Well Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, repair, and maintain water well pumping and treatment systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate with dispatch/scheduler and communicate professionally with customers
  • Keep service trucks clean, stocked, and organized
  • Submit job paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols
  • Be available for overtime and rotating on-call weekend work (especially during summer months)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Water well service experience is required — this is not an entry-level role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Plumbing or electrical background required
  • Hands-on experience with industrial tools and equipment
  • Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and professional, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Own set of hand tools and electrical meters (or ability to acquire them during training)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with water treatment systems a plus
