We are seeking a data-driven Program / Project Manager to support and optimize complex parking operations within a large healthcare environment in Raleigh, NC.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, operational process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The primary focus will be analyzing parking utilization, identifying trends and inefficiencies, and translating insights into actionable operational improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze parking utilization data, capacity trends, peak demand patterns, and operational bottlenecks

  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights

  • Identify root causes of parking challenges and recommend data-backed solutions

  • Support complex operational initiatives from planning through execution

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement process improvements

  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and project milestones

  • Anticipate operational risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies

  • Maintain project timelines and budget oversight

  • Ensure alignment between operational goals and data findings

  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations analysis, or program coordination

  • Strong analytical background (data interpretation, trend analysis, reporting)

  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or reporting tools

  • Proven ability to translate data into operational recommendations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in engineering, facilities, or parking operations

  • Experience in healthcare or high-volume environments

  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, dashboards, or operational analytics tools


Interview Process
