Job Type: 4-6 Month Contract-to-hire (Hybrid – office located at 225 & Colfax)

Compensation: $25/hour

Requirements: MUST BE VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 AND ABLE TO PASS DRUG/BACKGROUND SCREEN

 

This position is on an enterprise Help Desk supporting a Healthcare environment. Candidates will provide Level 1 support to enterprise staff on company supported applications.
 

Required Skills:

Active Directory – Basic Understanding

Citrix – Basic Understanding

Microsoft Office – Basic Understanding

Mobile support – Basic Understanding

Printer support – Basic Understanding

Chat and Online Meetings support – Basic Understanding

Command Prompt – Basic Understanding

Phone etiquette/Call handling (40-70 calls per day) – Proficiency

Ticketing Systems/Documentation – Proficiency
