Documents Migration Developer – SharePoint / Power Platform

6-Month Contract (Extension Possible) | Remote | No Travel

Hourly Contract Rate: $55/hr

Overview

We are seeking a Documents Migration Developer to lead complex data and document migration initiatives leveraging Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and enterprise content platforms. This role will play a key part in discovery, architecture, and technical leadership for migration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client data migration requirements

  • Design and propose migration solutions using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities

  • Customize Power Platform and Dynamics applications to support migration needs

  • Gather, document, and communicate technical and functional migration requirements

  • Collaborate with SMEs and project teams throughout delivery

  • Provide estimates and delivery guidance for migration tasks

  • Lead architecture and design efforts for data migration initiatives

  • Mentor and guide junior migration resources

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in data or document migration projects

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and FileNet

  • Proven ability to lead migration architecture and technical design

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, process modeling, and revision control

  • Consulting experience and strong client-facing communication skills
