Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
6 Month Contract to Hire with Pay Rate of $34/hr 
Location: Denver Metro Area (Hybrid – Must reside in Colorado)

Type: Full-Time
Travel: Up to 50% across local branch locations

About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of our client’s leased and owned facilities. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and functional workspaces for both employees and members. The ideal candidate will manage building systems, vendor relationships, workspace planning, and a small facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair, construction, and life safety functions across all client properties

  • Supervise real estate and facilities staff; coordinate daily workflows and task assignments

  • Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and the RFP process

  • Assist with lease administration, rent payment processing, billing, and invoice management

  • Manage and prioritize work orders within the facilities ticketing system

  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and service agreements

  • Support supply ordering, procurement, and budgeting activities

  • Assist with capital projects and internal initiatives

  • Oversee workspace logistics including seating arrangements and relocations

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address cross-departmental needs

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for facilities staff

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years in facilities or property management

  • 1+ year of leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of building systems, vendor management, and procurement

  • Industry certifications such as CFM or CPM are a plus

Skills & Attributes:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor; excellent communication skills

  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through

  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling changing priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi or similar system experience is a plus

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Hybrid work model with required in-office presence weekly

  • Occasional after-hours work in case of emergency situations

  • Primarily office-based with travel to client locations as needed

  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs

  • Travel up to 50% within the Denver Metro area
