Senior Fortinet SD-WAN Consultant

Build Enterprise Networks That Matter
Our client is expanding a high-impact enterprise networking team and is seeking experienced Fortinet SD-WAN Consultants to support a large-scale network modernization initiative.
This is not a traditional firewall administration or network support position. You'll serve as a trusted technical consultant, partnering directly with one of the country's largest enterprise organizations to design, deploy, optimize, and support complex Fortinet SD-WAN environments.

What You'll Do
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Fortinet SD-WAN environments.
• Implement and support ADVPN architectures.
• Deploy, configure, and manage FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Implement Zero Touch / Low Touch Provisioning for enterprise branch deployments.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPNs, and enterprise routing.
• Troubleshoot complex WAN connectivity and performance issues.
• Partner directly with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical consultant.
• Participate in architecture, design, implementation, and optimization discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout enterprise deployment projects.
Required Experience
• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Experience deploying ADVPN solutions.
• Experience with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with Zero Touch or Low Touch Provisioning.
• Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPNs, and enterprise routing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of three days each week.
Preferred Experience
• Professional Services or consulting background.
• Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) experience.
• Enterprise customer implementation experience.
• Resident Engineer or dedicated customer support engagements.
• Experience supporting highly regulated enterprise environments.
Candidates with backgrounds at organizations such as Fortinet, CDW, Optiv, Presidio, GuidePoint Security, World Wide Technology (WWT), Trace3, SHI, or ePlus are especially encouraged to apply.

- Legacy NSE certifications (NSE 1–7)
- CCNP
- CISSP

- Other relevant networking or cybersecurity certifications
